Interviews

You may be asked to attend one or more interviews. The interview is an opportunity for both parties to ask questions and establish if the applicant is suitable for the job in question. Our interview questions are competency based and focus around the skills and attributes you can demonstrate through previous experience. An application form should always be completed prior to interview to allow the interviewer to ask appropriate experience based questions.

PLEASE NOTE: You must be able to provide proof of the following documents at interview
 

  • Legal right to work - passport including any visa’s, work permits etc OR birth certificate.
  • Proof of residency – 2 utility bills dated within the last 3 months.
  • 5 year employment history
  • SIA licence (if you currently hold one)
